Hearthware Home Products, Nuwavepic WE SAW NUWAVEPIC COMMERCIAL ON TV STATING TWO SETS OF POTS AND PANS ALONG WITH TWO COOKTOPS WITH BLUE CIRCLE NUMBER (2) SETS. A PICTURE OF TWO SET OF POTS AND PANS WITH TWO PERCISION COOKTOPS FOR THRE LIBERTYVILLE, Illinois
On 3-5-13 My family and I saw a Nuwave Commercial on TV, and they stated and showed pictures of TWO SETS OF POTS AND PANS WITH TWO PERCISION COOKTOPS with a blue circled number (2) sets. BUY ONE SET FOR THREE PAYMENTS OF $33.33 and get the second set Free. It was to be a total of $99.99
We upgraded ONE 10.5" PAN to an 11 inch pan which was to be an extra $10.00. We were told that we had to pay the shiping and handling for the two sets and it would be a total of $259.84. We received only one set of pots and pans which they had exchanged the 10.5 inch to the 11 inch pan that we upgraded. They only changed that one pan alone and we paid a total of $259.84
We received the extra free cooktop but not the free set of pots and pans that we paid the shipping and handling for like they showed in the commercial. Weeks after we paid the order, they changed the commercial.

I just want to clarify that the free gifts offered with the PIC for just the cost of shipping and processing are optional. The basic offer is one PIC for $99.99 plus shipping, while the second is yours for just S&P. Induction cooktops and ranges can cost many thousands of dollars however we offer a state of the art product at a price most families and individuals can afford.
Likewise the optional free gifts and accessories are a cut above in quality. The cookware set alone is a $300 value (compare with items of similar quality at Bed, Bath and Beyond) for example. We offer these items for just the cost of shipping to give customers an opportunity to have a professional chef-quality kitchen on a middle class budget.
