Thank you for your response, I am glad someone with your company does care about there customers. My information is in your computer, the order date was Saturday, July 21st. The name on sales record should be: Tim Yohe, Seguin, Tx. Your company also said they had a recording that I have requested them to listen to. I have made several requests to your company via telephone with no response. This is why it has come down to a Legal matter and further action being taken at this time.
