Return Policy is ***...You have to pay for the return on top of only getting refund for the product.

So you have to pay for the shipping both ways and it cost me 50 dollars in shipping and not sure what it will cost to ship it back.. still deciding whether to just keep both the ovens.. since it will most likely cost me close to 100$ in shipping fees for nothing.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..

maybe if you buy it from a retailer then the return won't be a hassle..

Hope the best to all of you and I knew I should have researched the product more but it was for my father-n-law..He was being persistent so I went ahead and just ordered it without checking it all out..
