I was checking my balance on direct express. I only receive 1092.00 a mo social sec. I noticed there was,a 99.95 chg. I called direct express ..they gave me this info. Heavwells and tf 1888 4987805. . I've called and called getting no answer, no voice mail. I've just pulled up this report and this company charged me 99.95 for what I was paying 3.95 shipping only charge for a free sample of cream. I didn't authorize such a chg of 99.95! ! I filed report with direct express stating I never did or would ever authorize such a charge. I pray that someone can help me. I live on pennies left from my check after bills are paid. 99.95 to me is like thousands to others. HELP
