I am truly amazed by the number of Chinese thieves who are using the internet to steal...I contacted the Chinese Ministry of Trade in Beijing and on their website there are 1000's and 1000's of complaints against thier citizens...and they do nothing to reign it in. Also I am amazed that Moneygram and Western Union have absolutely NO SYSTEM to identify these people...a simple receipt from the office location where the money was cashed and an identifying photo ID of the person who made the transaction would be sufficient to stop much of the fraud...but they having nothing to offer the consumer. Beware of johnv at Hebei Biotech...he will mock you if you complain to him so if you fall victim to him(or her) Good Luck your money is gone into the big hole of China.
