Allowing the car was sold with a warranty, start with the BBB and name Acura of USA in the complaint, Call Acura USA, Allways stay calm and freindly. Finally consult a lawyer. You didn't cause this, you should be able to get warranty on it. The problem lies with the fact every penny is going to come from the selling dealer. And yes they tried to cover up the problem, but that is never a good idea. They sold the car in good faith at the time and are trying now to prevent taking a loss. Remember you are leagilly coercing the dealer to repair it so Acura is not your enemy, try to make a friend at Acura that will champion your case. If you are rude they will file 13 your complaint and lip service you. Good Luck
