Henrey,s towing Hillandale high jack-the unwritten rule? silver spring Maryland
Went to hillandale shopping center on Monday October 13, 2014, 12:30 pm on New Hampshire Ave in Silver Spring, Maryland the Unquie thirft store offers 25% off on Mondays this being a holiday everyone is shopping. The shopping center is packed there is no parking in front of the shopping center so, I preceded on the northeast side of the store.
There were already fifty or more cars parked in this area I went into the store was in there for maybe 15 minutes not parked in the fire lane or in a no parking zone but when I come out the store my car gone I and three other cars were parked were my car was parked.
I do have a video of the parking space were I was parked and there were NO legal no parkking signs anywhere. I had to pay $145.00 dollars for parking legally and the car was picked up within 45minutes of the time it was tolled.
Something really need to be done about this.
