Her Miracle Megg Higgins This is a Ripp off and with no experience in Sober living, Complete wate of money Malibu, California
Her Miracle Sober living is open less than 2 years. The owner is an x-addict who has no goals except to make money. She has no experience in running sober living and I suggest you don't send your love ones to any facility with less than 7 years experience. She admits any one to grab their deposit and if the person is not fit, then she kicks her out in few days and no REFUND. The minute you visit her site, she will tell you she only has one bed available and she someone else is checking the place too and if you want the bed, you must give her the deposit.
Don't get fool for her lies. Stay away from this location. Besides that she advertise her location on the website as Malibu; She is located in Zuma Beach which is way out of Malibu. Her staff are also have hardly any experience, and the chance one of the residents is using drugs there is very high. She took my daughter in without intervieing and see if she is a user. She did not care. She just wanted the $5000 check. Sober living is for someone who has been sober for few months, not to bring in someone who just left the detox center.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THESE LOCATIONS SHOULD BECOME MORE SUPERVISED BY DRUG AND ALCOHOL DEPARTMENT AND PLACES LIKE HER SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Her Miracle is under new ownership as of March 1 2013. The new company operates under a different LLC and has a new website and company name. The new owner has changed the house structure and rules, mission statement, philosophy etc. The only thing that remains the same is the house and furniture. The new owner has worked in recovery for 6 years and has an impecable reputation! She knows recovery very well and is a very devoted hands on Owner/Manager. Please do not associate anything having to do with Her Miracle claims with this house/company.
