Ok so, as i said in an earlier update the problem was being resolved... All i can say is, if you harass them enough, they will send you free merchandise and clearly contradict their return policy, STATING THAT IT IS SPECIALLY FOR YOU (ALTHOUGH IT ISNT). They sent me non-herbal merch and didnt even make me return the fake pot!!! I was happy, but still, PLEASE do not order from this company. YOU ARE ASKING FOR FRUSTRATION!!! THEY ARE INCONSISTENT AND RETARDED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS, ITS LIKE THEY ARE PREPROGRAMMED WITH SOME LAME RESPONSE TO ALL YOUR EMAILS, AND IT MAY OR MAY NOT PERTAIN TO SOMETHING YOU ACTUALLY MENTIONED IN YOUR EMAIL. I STILL HAVE MY "HAWAIIAN GOLD BUD" (lol what a joke) AND ITS BEEN ABOUT A WEEK OR 2 NOW, HAVENT TOUCHED IT CEPT FOR THE FIRST TIME I TOKED IT, AND IT NOW SMELLS LIKE OLD POTTING SOIL. I had the same problem with this company that HUNDREDS of people have reported on this site(read all the rebuttals). Think for a second about the number of people who are not aware of this site and found nowhere to voice their complaints. Just because Bob says '...when the reality is we have less than 1 in 5000 complaint ratio. 1 in 5000' does not make it a fact. How is that information tracked? Can Bob provide some sort of PROOF? In other responses he uses different numbers and "ratios". You can repeat again and again that your customer service is great but that does not make it fact. First off define great - I found your customer service to be completly non-existant until I filed a complaint on this site. Only then did you respond to the emails I sent - I never spoke with ANYONE because the numbers you provided were always busy and the voice mailboxes were full. But, perhaps this is great customer service compared to what you would recieve in a Mexican prison. But since you feel you can present your opinions as fact, I will do the same. The fact is you will not recieve anything from this company unless you find a site like this a post a complaint. Their intent is to steal your money. Most consumers are not aware that there are web sites like this and will never recomp their stolen funds. In addition, their product are WORTHLESS! I tried one of their tea blends and it tasted worse than regurgitating in your mouth. However I must admit it did have a calming effect. I spent the entire day in the bathroom with the runs so I was not distracted by the other events in my life. I had the whole day to sit and read - thanks for that one Herbal Smoke Shop. One of the things people should consider buying this junk is WHERE DOES IT COME FROM? For all we know it's the fungus that grows between Bobs toes. Akin to my other statements, Bob may say it's natural but that is not proof! Perhaps it would be a good idea to have the FDA look into his claims. Then we could reley on impartial FACTUAL information.

There are over 77 reports here on ROR alone! The OP here defended herbal smoke shop on another post, obviously BEFORE he received the product. Hell, he's lucky that he even received a product at all. From what Samuel wrote about your product, I'd have rather not received it. Mostly though, think of all the people that don't know about ROR. I think that would make your 1 in 5,000 quote a bit higher. Bob, where do you get your numbers from? Do you take ALL complaints into account?

We currently serve over 400,000 customers WORLDWIDE each year, with an EXTREMELY HIGH REPEAT CUSTOMER RATIO. That says "people love our products" so if you are unhappy with a product, exchange it, rather than post Bologna about it, on a rip off only website. If you beleive the CRAP posted on this website, than EVERY MAJOR COMPANY IN THE USA is a rip off! If you beleive in this ridiculous website, than every time you use your att&t phone, or verizion, or sprint, you are supporting a rip off. If you use your HP or compaq or gateway or dell computer, you are supporting a ripoff. When you drive your ford, chevy, mercedes, etc you are also supporting a rip off. When you go to mcdonalds you are supporting a rip off, when you buy nike sneakers you are supporting a rip off, and when you pay your mortgage to wells fargo, the nations leading lender, if you believe the CRAP on this website, than you also are supporting a rip off. We have been in business since 1998 and shipped MILLIONS OF PACKAGES and have about 20 complaints from real customers who did not contact us when they had a problem. So customers who read this can do the math. Less than 1 in 5000 people have any issue, and if there is an issue (like if ups delivers and you are not home) just EmAIL or call us. That is it. This site is bs, most of these posts are clearly false from our competitor, and if there every is a problem, we offer the best support in the industry. If we didn't than we wouldn't respond to all reports within 24 hrs, and would not be begging the customers if they are real customers, to contact us for support. 1-866-437-2748
