AFTER FILING MY RIPOFFREPORT I WAS CONTACTED BY DEREK THE CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER WITHIN 2 HOURS, AND HE IS ARRANGING A 2ND PARCEL TO BE SHIPPED TO ME, ALONG WITH A FREE BONUS FOR THE PROBLEMS. I WILL KEEP ALL UPDATED ONCE I RECEIVE THE PARCEL, WHICH WILL PROBABLY BE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AS IM IN THE UK.
