I first purchased a 2004 Ford Escape from this dealership in August of 2015. in less than two months I found out there was $3,500 worth of damage to the shocks and struts and the car was dangerous for me to drive. the dealer did agree after taking an estimate to him that he would let me trade the car in but he only let me choose between two cars. 5 days later I saw him on Channel 6 News Indianapolis about odometer fraud and that over 20 cars have been affected. he then sold my account to A lender that was all the way in Florida when I'm in Indiana. since this add third-party transfer I have had to MoneyGram my payments and which cost me an extra $50 pper month to make my car payment. now even though they don't know my account anymore they continuously call me and threaten me and curse at me telling me that they are going to come repo my car if I don't send them proof of my payments so every week I have to take and send them a picture of my receipt or I worry that they may come and repo my car for non-payment.
I spoke to a lawyer that stated that they no longer on my account so they cannot repo my car the lending company has not said they were going to repo my car for any reason. I have made a complaint to the Attorney General's office the FTC the FCC the Better Business Bureau and now here oh and I also made one to the FBI to the internet crimes division for the threatening messages they send me from their business page on Facebook. I also called and reported them to the state police and the state police are already doing an investigation on them the state police told me to block them on Facebook and also block any number they called from every time I block a number that called me from another number they're calling me from personal cell phones also the lady that is the secretary in the office who's only worked there for one month when I purchased my car over 6 months ago and she has no clue of who I am or the circumstances of everything that has happened .she calls me from her personal cell phone telling me I do not want to mess with her and that she's going to send people after me and these people do not play games. she also curses me out telling me she's going to file legal paperwork against me to repo my car when she does not have the right to do that since she does not hold my account the lender would have to be the one to try to repo my car saying that. I spoke to the the lending company today and I told them of everything that is happening. in the fact that the dealer had gotten in trouble for odometer fraud right before he sold right after actually he sold my account to the lending company. the lending company was really surprised to hear about this because they didn't even have a clue. so now I just don't know what to do because no matter what I have tried blocking numbers I'm still receiving threatening messages and threatening phone calls and voicemails .if anybody else out there has dealt with HG auto sales in Indianapolis Indiana please report something here. we need to stop these guys they are really scamming people. the police told me to ignore them that they believe that the car lot is trying to scam me into just giving them my car .so please anybody that has had any dealings with them please report something here
