We purchased a 2009 Kia Spectra form Oscar. This vehicle had 3000 miles on it, no power windows, power door locks or cruise control and did not have the sticker on the window, so we were quoted a price of $19,605. We negotiated the price down to $15,000 including the rebate.
Included in the finance was Gap Insurance for $700, we did not tell them to add the insurance. After we signed the papers and returned home, I searched their web site and discovered that a 2009 Spectra listed around $16,000 with power windows, power locks and cruise control.
We returned the next day to let them know what we discovered and ask them to change the price or give us another vehicle with less miles. They said tough! We had already signed a contract and they will not help us in any way. I asked about changing our minds and returning the car. They said Tennessee does not have that law, so they will accept the care back.
