Mislead and to purchase a car. Elderly disabled women with limited cognitive function told to sign various papers to allow her to take car for test ride when in fact she was signing purchase contract. She had no intentions of purchasing and told the salesman this but was strongly told that it was too late she had signed and the car was hers and she had to take it off the lot or it would be towed at her expense. When called the dealership stated that the contract was binding and it did not matter that the salesman lied, manipulated and misrepresented what he was having client sign, the sales was final and that the dealership was very sorry but they would not cancel the sale.
