ATTORNEYS HUONG LAM, STEVE LOIZZI AND DAVID ALESSI. This little group just changed their frim name from Alessi & Koenig to HOA LAWYER GROUP. They changed their name becuase if you look them up you will see all their criminal activities they are engaged in. They illegally auction off thousands of properties that dont belong to them. They then pocket millions of dollars from these auctions, they deposit these funds right into their bank accounts. All one has to do is look up their cases, they have no real cases. aLL THE CASES are against them suing them left anf right for stealing innocent peoples properties. It public information. Their are thousands of victims, if you have been ripped off by Alessi & Koenig, this HOA law group are the same corrupt attoneys, they think if they change their name then can hide? People need to call the FBI on these 3 attorneys. David Alessi practices law in Nevada without a license he is only licensed in california. Put a stop to these 3 thieves call the FBI have them look into their bank accounts and there is the proof...People be careful look these people up before u use them.

David Alessi has been a California licensed attorney for nearly 15 years and has no record of discipline from the State Bar.  Ms. Lam and Mr. Loizzi are licensed in Nevada and are in good standing.  If the allegations made in this complaint were even remotely true, all of their licenses would have been suspended or taken long ago.

In his testimony to an HOA regulatory agency, David Alessi also advocated for a REDUCTION in HOA collection fees and costs.  In fact, Alessi Koenig was the only assessment collection firm in the industry to do so, despite it being against the firm's financial interest.

The delinquent owner receives several notices prior to the property being foreclosed, most of which are sent certified and regular mail.  The foreclosure sale is published in the newspaper and posted on the delinquent owners door.  The property is sold at a pulic auction through a process that is heavily monitored and regulated.

Foreclosure is always a last option, but without members of the HOA paying their contractually obligated assessments, the HOA cannot perform its duties.

This rip off report complaint is likely generated by an upset homeowner who fell behind in their HOA assessments and did not like the consequences.  While being upset is understandable, it does not excuse the defamatory comments and spreading of half truths by this author.
