Kouyoumjian. Cell Phone number is (818)339-7889, Sold defective product and wrong color. Drove 2 and a half hours to
office to return Item. Website post ALL WALK-INS WELCOME. This same greeting was on door of office. So I walked in to
office and explained my reason for being there. Asked for money back, but
denied by Kev Kouyoumjian. Told me to leave property. I told him all I wanted
was my money back. He still refused. Left defective item on floor and was walked out of building. So I called Sheriffs Dept. Explained to
them the situation. He and his friends were very rude and defiant even to the
Sheriffs'. The Deputies simply explained to him that all I wanted was my money
back. But they insisted that I ship it back to them. If I have the product
there on site, why would I ship it back. The Deputies on site asked for a Name and Business license but they refused. Got Kevs' Business card instead. They even went as far as harassing the
Sheriffs and came short of being arrested. All this for $122.15 dollars for
return of defective item. These people are very STUPID and not business savvy.
They are truly low life individuals from Armenia who are liars and thieves. Also did the whole mess of
calling and sending emails but no reply. This is why I drove to their place of
business. This is why they were so upset. They got caught selling bad product
and someone finally called them in the act. For all of you reading this you now have a alternate contact number for this business. They also go by the name of World Trading 23. This out fit is TRULY A RIPOFF and will soon be out of business with a little help from all of you, as well as law enforcement. For all of you who have been taken advantage of by these Armenian Dogs, my heart goes out to you all.

By the way, when I wrote about this company the Incident date was the same as posted date. 12/27/2010.
