Home Partners of America not totally forthcoming on requirements for approval Chicago Illinois
While realtors advertise that you only need a 525 credit score to be approved this is not true. Once you pay the $75 dollar fee, credit is pulled and if you have negative information on your credit report that is less that 18 months old you receive an automatic decline on your application. This is crucial information that would have saved me money and time.
