Home Partners of America Keller Williams Stole my money Colorado Springs, Colorado Internet
Company said it was very good at getting people into rent to own situations. Looked at where you are today and approved you like a mortgage would be approved, but challenged credit is ok. Even stated that I had filed BK that discharged in Feb 2015. No not a problem just looking for income and established credit and assets. Over 100k income, built back to a 680 FICO, over $20k in liquid assets. Still got declined in two days! Stole my $75 and dinged my credit I'm working hard to improve. There is no reason, they said they would send something in writing, but just a joke and scam. Don't do it!! Whatever you do, just wait and work it out with a real mortgage company...
