So sorry for you. We bought a HP computer from HSN last April 2016. The computer arrived with no manual, no instructions and none of the "free stuff" they say you get. We set it all up and then discovered we had no sound. We called HSN, chatted with HP, read all the reviews and followed all the instructions on how to fix. It was later discovered that the model we bought came with defective speakers. So bought a new speaker, nothing, nil, no sound. We were so busy trying to get sound, we did not notice that there was saved data in the system from 2009! To date, still no sound. HSN will do nothing! Data from 2009 tells me it was a used computer, sold as new. That is against the regulations of the FTC. So sad. We will have to file a complaint with the FTC, just more wasted time and work for us.

In response to the article about hsn and all the products are bad,i have to disagree.I have bought cameras, computers, video games, and getting ready to buy a 55" tv.I have not had the first problem with anything ive bought from hsn. Now, thats not to say that i wont have a problem in the future but my gosh anything made by man is subject to fail.HSN is a very professional company and they stand behind every product.I cant wait to make my next purchase and having the flex pay is awesome too.
