Do not make the same mistake we did! We hired This company to redo our bathroom and they made a complete mess out of everything. They couldn't measure right, they cut holes into our new shower walls twice the size they needed to be, they couldn't figure out how to install the dial, Fawcett and showerhead we purchased, even with instructions they managed to ruin the entire piece and we had to replace it. When they said they were almost done we discovered that the piping they replaced leaked, the drywall was a uneven and discolored, the dial for the water was about a foot higher in the shower than were we wanted it & it was broken, our front shower wall was ruined and it also leaked because in an attempt to hide their mistakes they simply put calk over the over-cut hole. On top of that, there was a half inch gap between the bathroom floor and the tub because they cut too much and they hadn't braced the tub in the front.
When confronted with all of their mistakes they got defensive and rude to the point where I fired them on the spot and escorted them from my property, refusing any payment to them. We hired a professional contractor to come out and it took him nearly five full days to correct all of their errors (the entire tub had to come back out and replaced.) We spent far more than we had budgeted for this job because these two guys (a father-son combo) were too incompetent to do the job correctly.
To add insult to injury, we received a threatening phone call from the wife of the owner advising us to pay over $150 for "Supplies" that were used while her moron husband and son ruined our bathroom. Needless to say we did not pay them a dime, electing instead to send them copies of all of our receipts of everything we had to re-purchase because they had ruined. It totaled much more than any of their supplies!
Do not use this company! save yourself the headaches and frustration!

I had a potential client show me this website for the first time on June 30, 2015, and show me this complaint that originated in 2010.
In 2010 I was trying to expand my business to include small remodeling jobs, after having worked in property management for 7 years and having learned additional skills beyond my 30+ years as a self-employed painter. We assisted with all types of plumbing and electrical repairs, along with other various maintenance issues and repairs while working in property management.
This was me trying to do a favor for a neighbors' kids and was a hard lesson learned. The father-in-law (neighbor) came to me and asked if I could change out a tub and shower unit. I told him I could do that. I did not take a deposit, with payment in full due at the end of the job, as they were already complaining about money before ever starting the job. I have been called a rip off and a moron. As far as being called a moron, at least I know how to spell faucet. I don't understand how you rip someone off if you don't get paid for the time and materials spent on a job - I was never paid a cent. When you think about it, they got their tub, shower stall and everything removed for nothing. I invested over $170 in fittings and lines, for which I have been (using their words) ripped off.
No one was fired, or escorted from the property. When complaints were made to me, and the way they were made, I looked at the neighbor and the son-in-law and asked if they had someone else they would rather do the job. They said yes. I calmly and cleanly took my belongings and left.
We did find the faucet they bought to be defective, after taking it back to where it was purchased and the salesman/master plumber there had trouble figuring it out, so yes, even with instructions it could not be made to work. We ruined nothing that they supplied. I was also asked by the neighbors' daughter if I could make the fixtures in the shower higher than typical because of her husbands' issues, so I did.
In short, they hired someone else and are apparently happy. I wish them all they deserve out of life.
