The employee does not need to lie. They do steal.I reported this to the better business bureau and was contacted by the Attorney general to send in my experience as evidence. They are not being audited they have Civil Charges against them.Read what the ftc says about you guys. You steal from people when they are weak.Don't even try to defend these thieves. Here is a copy of the report from the attorney generals office. One lady on the news did not do this. There were over 20 of us in this suit.If you were ripped too contact The attorney generals office immediately. They are seeking restitution for all that were charged upfront fees.

To the employee that assures you they are helping, this is not true. I to am a victum. I did my research but I was one of the first that joined the program. There was nothing negative about this company at this time. I also was lead to believe this was Hope Now Alliance. I sent my funds in on November 25, 2008. What is this 30-45 days? Every week I called for an update, not them. I was always told that I was in the final stages. I was told the funds we put into an escrow account to show my mortgage company that I had the funds to make the payment. I was told they would lower my intrest rate to 2-3% for 40-50 years. What ever it took to get they payment where we could afford it. Also, that we did not need to make our payments and our credit score would not be effected because once the modification was in place everything was put on hold. I would like to say I feel that there is no words for the kind of people that can sleep at night after taking advantage of people at there weakest. My husband had a stroke and heart surgery. A week after surgery he went back to work and they let him go. We lost our income, health insurance and life insurance. The hardest thing is when my 4yr old ask me if daddy is in heaven when he is not home. For the employee who responded that they are helping and it takes time. You can lie to us but how can you lie to yourself? I am so thankful to have my husband... you can have the house!!!!!!!

I am an employee of Hope Now Financial Services and I know for a fact we are helping people who are losing their homes. You must understand that it is not an instant process. You must be patient. It can take up to 90 days. It honestly depends on the lender. They are swamped. The only reason they are now being audited is because a lady went on the news stating she was ripped off. Hope Now Financial Services did everything in their power to save this ladies home and she refused the modification and lost her home. HNFS is doing everything in their power to stay compliant with all the guidelines as they change everyday. But I know for a FACT they ARE helping people.

Cherica: Please note that Hope Now Alliance is not part of Hope Now Financial Services Corp or Hope Now Modifications. However Hope Now Fin. Services and Hope Now Mod. are closely related. Hope Now Modification is a branch of Hope Now Financial Services Corp. There is also a Third company which may be affiliated with these two organization and that is Turnkey Financial Services. The principal of both Turnkey and Hope Now Modification is the same person...Tom Kane. A news report on Channel 6 news of Philadelphia has reported that the state attorney general of New Jersey is asking that all assets be frozen for Hope Now Financial Services and there is a strong possibility that this will impact Hope Now Modification. My suggestion would be to reach out specifically to Mr. Kane. His email address is [email protected]. Good Luck From Ocean City NJ

You can do it on the internet. Also file a report with the attorney general in your state and in New Jersey. That's a start. You may be able to find an attorney that will do a free retainer.I am not sure of the laws in your state. That varies from state to state.Good luck to you!
