This company is terrible, do not fall for their advertisements. I found their ad in a local coupon magazine that is mailed out to the neighborhoods each week of so. Called and told them I needed a one bedroom plus living room apt cleaned. They told me the technician would be there between the hours of 11 and 1. I got to the apartment a little early just to make sure everything was in order. I waited from 11-1215 and then got a call letting me know the technician was on his way. An hour later and still no technician nor phone call from him letting me know what the deal was.

So I called the office back and spoke to some woman who called the tech who said he was 20 mins away. 45 mins later the "tech" shows up in some beat up vehicle with no signs indicating who they work with and looking very unprofessional. I, after waiting for 4 hours in an empty apartment, showed them up to the apartment and asked how long the cleaning would take. The guy told me an hour and I said that I needed to go get some food bc I had not eaten anything but would be back in just a few. He told me he had tried to call me earlier because he was caught in some sort of detour construction and that is why it took him so long, however he was unable to reach me. I had my phone on me the whole time and had full service. So I verbally gave him my number and watched him write it down, told him to call me if there is any problem.

I return to the apartment about 45 mins later and they are gone. There is a note on my counter saying that the office said they cannot clean the carpets unless someone is home. I am livid at first, so I call the office and am transferred to some guy who immediately begins to bark at me, implying that I was wrong in this whole situation. I told him first off that I waited an extremely long time for a technician who showed up almost an hour beyond the quoted time and then when I told him I had said to the tech that I was leaving an would be back he never said anything to me about having to be there. This "manager" then begins to get an attitude with me saying that they just cant come into homes and clean carpets with no one there, I didnt sign any receipt or anything so they would just be constantly getting ripped off. I said why would I have sat around for 4 hours in an empty freaking apartment just to scam some carpet cleaning company, yeah makes real sense. He then told me I had to be there to do a spot check and approve the cleaning method. I told him the guy never said anything about any of that to me and his response was that that was what his tech told him. He then tried to argue with me about time frames and that the guy was only 30 mins late and not 45, as he sent him out on another call at a quarter till 2. I said not true as I called my mother in law as I was pulling out of the complex and it was 145.

All the while his tone was rude and offensive. I told him he did not need to get an attitude with me and his response was he wasnt and that he was trying to explain how they cant just clean a carpet when no one was home. I started to say that he was being rude and I didnt like the way he was speaking to me, when he cut me off to tell me the tech would be sent back after they finish the job they are on. Right I am going to wait around again for god knows how long after being berated on the phone by some company. I told them not to come and I didnt even want to do business with them.

At this point I am thankful that it didnt work out after reading these reports. I wish I wouldve researched a little before and saved 4 hours of my life. Beware of this company they are sketchy and completely rude and unprofessional. I would completely believe that any good reports are written by the company themselves because I dont know how anyone could have a good experience with them.
