I have been writing to the Customer support team regards to give me my full refund of $43.69 USD I had paid for the product on

Product: Membership - Unlimited Access to Movies & TV shows

Order Date: 11/01/2008 3:52 PM PST

I joined the site to have access to movies but instead these were tools/softwares to be able to download movies.

This is very deceptive and misleading

I have no interest what so ever about this softwares

The Customer support specialists are:

1. Heather Johnson

2. David Jones

3. Anna Smith

They seem not to be reading my letters of refund.

Instead they are sending links about Step by Step instructions to download movies, TV shows, music, games etc. which I never need .

According to the Terms & Conditions states that

"If you are within your first 60 days of our guarantee period you are eligible for a refund. "

Thus, I requested a refund.

So far NO Refund. They succeed in pretending to be nice. They send never ending "Fake Help" e-mails.

In less than 24 hours. I was Refunded by Advance 3W Telecom c/o CLICKBANK They wrote: Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience! Your purchase has been refunded. It will post to your PayPal account within 48 hours. Thank you, ClickBank Customer Service What I did: 1. (Nov.1) Act fast!! By sending to the Customer Support Specialist of Advance 3W Telecom aka Http://www.themoviedownloads.com/index.asp or member-site.net or Http://movies.coz.bz -- The product received is significantly not as described. I expect movies, yes? but it was softwares I received. 2. (Nov.2)Keep on sending polite e-mails. No matter how seem hopeless it may be. 3. (Nov.3) I sent a letter of requiring a refund...(several e-mails) oh how they love to respond non-sense. as if writing to a robot. They Pretend to be nice but same answer about UNWANTED Product. Report or filed a complaint to: a. Paypal b. Clickbank c. Rippoff Report 4. (Nov.4) I wrote another e-mail to the Customer Support Specialist that I am cancelling membership and I require a refund as I am entitled to it accdg. to the terms and conditions. Finally, Refund was received. I think that Advance 3W Telecom is using the services of Clickbank & Paypal. It is possible that Clickbanks name are tarnished by such companies as Advance 3W Telecom. I do not know what made them refund me. But for sure a. Paypal, b. Clickbank, c. Rippoff Report must have helped.
