They OVERsold the benefit they offer and way UNDERsold the massive amount of time required to train, implement and leverage their product.  While approaching for a basic platform we were upsold into the PRO version which far exceeded our needs and requires multiple markeitng resources to properly use (we have 2-3 employees in TOTAL and our company is not in the marketing or content business).

They will sell and promise you whatever they can and will not let you out of your contract!  I repeat - once you buy from them they do not allow any cancellations even if you are overburdened with their service and unable to leverage it. 

This product is exclusively for seasoned marketers and not (at all) necessary for small businesses - the benefits are grossly overstated and once you go through the inital training they will only make themselves available for 30 mintues every 6 weeks - you're entirely on your own!

The time burden to learn this product far exceeds the amount of time they claim to save.  We abandoned the service months ago - we don't use ANY of it - and they still demand payment.
