After finding a charge from ibuildwealth for $40.00 on my credit card on 2/14/10, I called the number beside the charge. I told the foreign speaking phone attendant that I wanted to know what the charge was for. She took my name, email address, etc, and said it was for debt2wealthclub.com which I had NEVER contacted. I said I wanted to CANCEL this and have my money refunded. She was very courteous and at the same time still trying to get me to talk to a rep who would explain the "advanrages of this program." I was trying to remain calm, and was finally given a confirmation and said I "should look for an email from them" confirming this transaction. I have not gotten an email in the first place confirming anything with them, nor have I received an email since Saturday's conversation. When I checked this ibuildwealth thing out, it looked like it was connected to a teeth whitening deal that I did subscribe to, but have since cancelled. Never heard back from that in an email either. It was a 2 part ad for this product, the latter of which did not work, so I sent it back. In the back of my mind, I thought I may have been ripped off because they did not follow through with an email to me about subscribing to their product. I appreciate your help as I am a Senior Citizen, and do NOT like being taken by scams. Thank you.
