igg.com castle clash i purchased gems and never revceived the amount they claimed i should have. the lioe to me and keep saying they sent them and now wont refund my money $99.00 fremont California
I made a purchase for gems on a game called castle clash.They showed i was supposed to get 19300 gems but i only got 16800. i messaged them and they keep saying they sent the extra 15% bonus gems and i never received them and now they wont give me refund for $99.00 and i paid $99.00 twice and now i cancled the game and no refund and bad customer service
