The person, Igor Dubelij, known by other names and hangs out in Digital Point Forums is a scam artist. With the help of Erik Kaskevich with known email [email protected] and Igor Dubilej (goes by several other last names with different spellings) have contrived a scam using a computer system where they are able to put in the exchange rate of 1 Russian Ruble to One US dollar. Or three Russian Ruble to one US Dollar when the exchange rate is 30 Russian Rubles to One US Dollar.
Please be advise that both of the hang out in a Forum called Digital Point Forums where they look for victims to take money from the scam they are running. What happens is you will pay only ten percent of your money and the other ninety percent Igor Dubilej will pocket for himself along with his sidekick Erik Kaskevich.
I am warning all Americans and any other nationals of if you see the names to steer clear and do not give them any money. There is going to be a investigation into Igor Dubilej of DJsoldier1988; (his Digital Point Forum handle) for serious computer fraud. If you have anything to do with him then you could be involved in an international conspiracy so it is better to stay away.
