Approximately two (2) weeks prior to my August 6, 2012 appointment, I booked and received a consultation from Marilyn Bynum in regards to services that I expected to receive on 8/6/12.  During the consultation for a hair color service I repeatedly asked said stylist if she was knowledgeable regarding the color process including the products she was using.  I also brought with me approximately 15-20 different photo's of the color I wanted my hair to be upon leaving the salon.  Ms. Bynum assured me she was capable and an expert, noting how many years she had worked in this field (cosmetology).  Said stylist then proceeded to color my hair.  This took more than one attempt and color processing, due to the fact that she was incompetent, incapable and not as knowledgeable as she had stated in getting my hair to the color I'd requested, nor did she actually take into account what I had requested initially in the consultation.  During this time of several hours in the salon both my scalp and actual hair strands were severely damaged(scalp burning, sores, broken dried, thinned out hair due to her repeated attempts of over
color processing 3-4 times within one day.

She continued to question other stylists in the back of the salon as to what to do regarding what products to use to achieve the correct coloring.  Eventually she realized she was incapable and incompetent of completing the service that I'd been booked for and came in for (due to her deception) and then proceeded to blow dry and over process my then damaged hair/scalp, including cutting off more than three inches, when I asked more than once for only a trim of 1/4 inch to be trimmed off, (which left me completely devastated) so she could leave the premises, of which she did without saying anything to me.  As a result of her gross negligence and incompetence I have suffered injuries to both my scalp and hair follicles/strands which are irreversible.

At that point I was crying, upset and livid due to the condition of my hair/scalp which I then put a hat over due to its condition.  I asked where the manager was and was told by the front end staff that he was at another salon, but that he would call me immediately thereafter.  I proceeded to go home and wait for the call which
never came that day.  I decided to call the salon back myself to see if someone else could try and fix my damaged
hair/scalp condition the next day because I needed to work the following Monday and could not return to work/public in that state.  I was booked with Sandy Lee who said she could and would fix the damage that Marilyn had caused the previous day.  I went to the salon on Sunday 9/7/12 for Sandy to un-do the damage caused by Marilyn the previous day, and re-do what I was originally booked for.  Again, though Sandy appeared to be a friendly, talkative, somewhat caring stylist, she too attempted to try and find the correct products to use on my hair, as well as the correct process to obtain the optimal results I had been booked for initially.  Sandy made various 3-4 attempts at processing the correct colors to over-compensate the  disaster the previous day, again additionally damaging both my scalp and hair in the process, as well as using bleach to put highlights in my severely damaged hair, to overcompensate and hid parts of my damaged hair.  Again due to Sandy's incompetence
and gross negligence I suffered an additional injury to both my scalp/hair within a 48 hour period.

The following week I received a call from William Musgrow, who I was told was the manager/owner of both
salons.  I provided him with a detail account of both salon visits, the first one on 8/6/2012 with Marilyn Bynum and
the additional one on 8/7/2012 with Sandy Lee. During this conversation I went into detail regarding the damage done to my hair, including my perception based on my hair condition of Marilyn Bynum's incompetence and gross negligence in direct correlation to the injuries I personally suffered to both my scalp and hair, and what I perceived as deception on the salon's part in not providing what was promised, and what was provided was both
unsatisfactory and faulty and not in good faith.  In addition I did discuss with him the services provided by Sandy Lee the following day.  During this conversation I noted that Sandy was very personable and that I was happy with her interaction with me on a personal level, though professionally, service-wise she as well dropped the
ball and did not provide what I had come back for, though I believe she thought she could provide that.  It appeared she had little to no experience with  This is because I noticed shortly after within the first few days after my second visit to the salon that not only was my hair extremely damaged, shedding, coarse and
broken-off, but whatever she put in my hair, product, color-wise it was rinsing out within a few days to a week after the process.  I was later to find out that she did not use the type of product that she stated she did on my hair, and this is where the actual fraud and deception comes into play in relation to Sandy lee's services.  These repeated within two (2) days time chemical processes left both my scalp/hair damaged beyond repair except for
time.  I attempted to explain this to William during our conversation, but he only chose to hear what I initially
stated about Sandy's personality, not her ability to provide quality, competent hair care and services.  He took form our conversation what he wanted to hear, not that his stylists needed professional development
in hair coloring services, which is what I blatantly stated to him.  During this conversation he asked me to give
them another try and return to the salon, which several weeks later I hesitantly did on 9/17/2012, again going back to Sandy Lee.  During this visit and subsequently immediately after examining the damage she'd done to my scalp/hair again, with her not truly knowing the correct amounts/types color products to use on my hair, I
left the third time with the same injuries suffered as a direct result of her lack of knowledge and being incompetent in providing safe services to various customers.  I decided never to return to the salon for services, which is what women normally do when gross-negligence has occurred on their person, being after visiting a salon.  I have since been contacted by the owner/manager William Musgrow and provided him with this complaint information as well.
