Imperial Comsummer Services ripoff North Palm Beach Florida
I received a call from this company on Dec.03,2002 and was told that they would send me a credit card with up to a $2500 limit with no yearly membership fees if I paid a $257 membership fee up front. They asked for my checking account number and told me that the money would be taken from my account on Dec. 27, 2002.
I was given a so call tracking number that until I tried to use it didn't realize that I had to call they to get information on this tracking number. It is not a tracking number to any US mail carrier.
After some thought I desided not to go for this deal. So on Dec.06, 2002 I called this company to tell them that I didn't want the card. I was told that the company didn't have a cansolation policy.
I didn't go to my bank right away and on Dec.27,2002 when I went to my bank I was told that the money was taken from my account on Dec.26,2002.
When I called the company they told me that they handle call back between 7:00pm and 10:00pm ET. and I would get a call back with 24 hours. I'm still waiting on their call.
