INDIEGOGO & iBACKPACK INDIEGOGO iBACKPACK Doug Monahan purchased a ibackpack on the Indiegogo website in 2015 and still not delivered Austin Texas
Hello,
I have backed a iBackPack project on the Indiegogo website in 2015, with the intention of being delivered in the same year.
I have sent many emails to Indiegogo about this issue, and they do not want to take their responibility. They say it's the fault of the project owner and not theirs. And the project owner, Doug Monahan, gives no news about the project, and nothing is moving on. It is a joke.
They once sent an email regarding the fact that there was an issue with the battery, and they had to replace it or whatever, and now, since then, all the backers on the Indiegogo website are pissed off, you just need to check the 3000+ comments on this project page to see what I'm talking about...
Every backer has asked for their money back since we didn't receive anything, and now this product is not even high-teh anymore, it's old school, since many other similar objects have been invented nowadays.
I would like Indiegogo and iBackPack / Doug Monahan to plaid guilty and pay the money back along with damage money for all the stress created over the years.
