Infiniti Wealth Services SCAM Do Not Use -You Will LOSE YOUR MONEY! San Diego California
These guys are a SCAM, they took money from me promising "foreclosure rescue" services. DO NOT USE THEM, you will lose your MONEY with NO results. I have checked with the CA Dept of Real Estate "NO LICENSING", City of San Diego "NO LICENSING", State of CA "NO LICENSING", State of CA BAR "NO LICENSING" Hopefully they will be "shut down." I have asked for my money back several times and had NO Success! Go with a Licensed DRE or state BAR firm or you will LOSE YOUR MONEY!

BEWARE of Companies Like Infiniti Wealth Services selling Loan Modification

Trust me there are a lot of SCAMS out there. In California if you are not an attorney LICENSED firm http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member.aspx or have a California Department of Real Estate approved contract on file http://www.dre.ca.gov/mlb_adv_fees_list.html You are operating ILLEGALY when collecting advance fees for Loan Modification or Foreclosure Prevention Services. This company along with numerous others is operating ILLEGALY in California. Search these 2 sites before doing business with a company doing Loan Modification or Foreclosure Prevention Services. Make sure their address and name they are using is registered on one of these sites. If you cannot find the person's name from Infiniti Wealth Services you are dealing with on these sites, they are Breaking California State Law and is punishable by 1 year in prison and up to a $10,000 fine per occurrence. Make sure they don't lie to you and say they are attorney backed when in fact all this equates to is that they have an attorney that they use for personal business matters that is not related to their actual company. The CA State BAR has put out a memo on Loan Mod Companies like Infiniti Wealth claiming they are attorney backed and to BEWARE. Attorneys must sign strict agreements specific to this or they will be dis-bared. This is why Infiniti Wealth Services does not list an attorney license. If Ross Young or anyone else at Infiniti Wealth is an attorney with the dba of Infiniti Wealth Services you will find them on the CA state BAR website. Also make sure if Infiniti Wealth Services is collecting your money, that they have the licensing, and are not subcontracting your Loan Modification out to a Licensed firm as this is also ILLEGAL if they collect your money up front. If you want someone who is legitimate I have used Kerry Steigerwalt's Pacific Law Center in San Diego at 800-508-0000 and received excellent results! Be smart and safe, do your research with the regulatory agencies on these companies!

We are licensed and have attorneys on staff that oversee all of our operations, we are licensed with the city of San Diego to do business and we do not have an F rating with the BBB and are legally doing business. All of the complaints made have no validity (there is no name, phone number, case number, contact information) the complaints made are from dirty competitors that are trying to steal business and have a bone to pick with our company. I highly encourage any disgruntled customer to please put on a valid complaint that includes an account number, amount paid, whom they dealt with, and why they are unsatisfied, we have none. We are a Christian based business that honestly has the best intention for all of our clients, I can put you in touch with satisfied clients upon request. these guys are well known as scammers, the operate out of a "nest" of scam businesses, such as immigration ripoff services, scam(scum) lawyers. take them to small claims court, they will pay rather than show up, as they are all know to t he judges that preside over these cases. ( or better yet, find out where the person you got screwed over by lives and confront them at their home or in a public place like a restraunt when they are out with their family) just to show them they are scum.
