Infinity Allure advertises on Facebook, they also have several websites where you can purchase their anti-aging face cream, all which look extremely shady. My poor 70 year old grandmother fell for their trap via a Facebook ad. She called the phone number and gave them her credit card for a free trial, not realizing that a "free trial" is never really free. She knows nothing of internet "terms and conditions" and didn't realize that she had signed up for a recurring monthly obligation of $84.95 for a small bottle of face cream. The customer service rep, of course, never made that apparent to her. When she received her "free trial", it was in a clear bottle with NO labeling of any kind - no product name, no ingredients, absolutely nothing. Automatically she sensed that this was a scam, but wasn't too concerned since she thought she had only wasted $4.95 for the processing of the "free trial".  A month later she was billed $84.95 and sent another bottle. This one was labeled with just a name. In the box there was no invoice or receipt, just a printed piece of paper that was literally hand-cut by scissors that listed a customer service phone number. She called the number and requested that they cancel her recurring order, they said they would.   Next month, same thing, only this bottle had a different label on it, still no invoice or receipt, just the customer service phone number on a small piece of paper that looked like it had been cut-out by a pre-k'er. Also billed $84.95. She called them again and was very firm with them, told them she had previously canceled with them. They told her that she had never called them, that they keep record of all their calls, but they would cancel it now.   Next month, Feb. 2015, she gets billed another $84.95 and sent another bottle that is labeled with just a name, although a different name than the time before. This time I call them. The customer service agent who answers the phone says her name is nnnnnnnnnnn, I told her what happened, and that my grandmother had canceled twice. She asked for the phone number she had called from and I told her, she put me on hold to "look up" their records of that phone number. Came back on the line, was rude and acted like I was lying, saying that phone number had never called their facility, which was the phone number that she called from to place the initial order. So I told her that they should at least have record of that, and she told me that my grandmother ordered online and attempted to pull up the web address she ordered from. She did not order online, she called and ordered. Rep still refused to acknowledge that. I then asked for their legal company name and address so I could mail them a certified letter with instructions to cancel, just to make sure. She told me the company name was Infinity Allure, and that they are not allowed to give out their address, but they were operating in SC. While I was on the phone I went to the SC Secretary of State website and there is no business entity called Infinity Allure. I also searched for Infinite Allure, as that is the name listed on the piece of paper with the customer service phone number - also not a listed company. So I told the rep that I verified with the SC SoS that that isn't their company name, she was lying, and I wanted to speak with her supervisor. After 10 mins of BS, questioning why I wanted to speak with the supervisor, multiple long holds, I was finally transferred. Supervisors name is Jermeesha, I started recording the phone call while I was being transferred, I informed her of that and told her what had transpired. She said that it had already been canceled and she would not give me their address or company name for security reasons. What legitimate company can't give our their address, are they afraid of being gunned down by all the old ladies they're scamming? If you're that paranoid, you're clearly doing something to be paranoid about. Supervisor said that I could send a certified letter to the shipping department and they would forward it to the proper people. As a business owner, I'd never want my hourly warehouse staff handling my legal documents, but that's just me. In a nutshell this company is a full-on scam, this is the type of BS that gives American capitalism a bad rep. I am proceeding with having my grandmother's bank issue a charge back for the last payment, and I will certainly take legal action if she's charged again. At this point, it's a battle of wills, and their disgusting business practices have pushed me just enough to make sure they're held accountable.

Original customer service reps name was Andrika. Have tried several times to flip the picture to no avail. Hopefully a support member can help out with that, I'm posting from my mobile and it simply will not upload a second picture.
