First American Homebuyers warranty used this "company" to complete repairs to my refrigerator. They first collected my $65 only to determine that they would need to order the part. Approximately two weeks later they arrive to fix with said part only to determine that the wrong part was ordered. Weeks go by and still haven't heard anything about them ordering the new, correct part. I try calling them and no answer. I call First American Homebuyers who are able to get in touch with them and FAH was told by whoever that the part was delivered. That was a lie. My fridge is still in need of repairs. I will be filing a BBB a report on this company.
