That happened after I bought it and they would not allow me to return it. The calls are not collection calls all calls I've ever had the pleasure to dealing with their disrespectful staff were inbound calls. There is no smoke screen just a really bad company, nasty staff, selling lemon cars and providing no service. But thanks for the concern your ignorance really shows.

If the car did not have cruise control as advertised, why did you buy it? Then later you describe how your contacts with the loan office as bad. Are you sure this just isn't a case of you being a late payer and the alleged problems are a smokescreen because you don't like their collections calls?

This company Infinity Funding Services is also owned by Rabbi Shlomo Bistritsky in Oak Park California. Rabbi Shlomo Bistritsky is engaged in extremely high fee loans to businesses. These loans are typically at 38% and 40% and they are to be paid back in 6 months or less. Rabbi Shlomo Bistritsky lends his own money and has no care that he is putting little companies out of business as companies can not sustain these high interest, short term loans. Then he goes in to his place of warship and leads a congregation on morals and ethics, completely contridicting his other life of hurting businesses for his own greed. Not sure how he sleeps at night but the Agoura Hills and Oak Park community should know that their Rabbi Shlomo Bistritsky is also a Loan Shark.
