Julie Catello called my home, a cold call, to tell me about their services. After a few days of discussion, she sent me two emails on December second. According to Julie, I needed to respond to the emails instruction before any charges would be made, however, she needed my credit card information before hand and asked to have permission to charge my credit card after the contract is activated.
I never "activated" the contract or gave permission for my credit card to be charged without activating the contract. I noticed the charges on my credit card on December 7th and sent multiple emails to her explaining I never activated the contract, no response emails have been sent. I have called several times asking for the charges to be reversed, each time I call I am told the person who does the work, Victoria Thomas, is not here right now, and that this is the first time they are hearing about any problem.
