I have been waiting for several weeks for a response from the Administrative level. I was promised one and have made several requets, but it has not come. This is indicative of the whole problem/program. They are quick to take you money but anf follow up service is non-existent, at least for the serious stuff. I feel like leaving my money in their "Vacation Program" is like a roll of the dice. I am not wiling to take the gamble.

I sent a final compliant and demand via an e-mail and asked that it be forwarded to the CEO. I am told that it was. I sent the same letter to the CEO via Certified Mail. This was last week. There has ben no response of any kind. My request to be provided with an Administratie fax number went unanswered. Overall this fits the picture as I have experienced it. A big hurry to get my money but when it comes to old fashioned Customenr Service, it is lacking. I have not used any of my time/points so Inn Seasons loses nothing by regundng my money. They state they have a "No Refund" Policy. I am not willing to gamble on the situation improving, based upon the several problems that I have experienced.
