Ininphome - INFO-NET PRODUCTS are a TOTAL RIP OFF DOESN'T WORK THE MAN WAS IN AZ AND LIED BEING ON A LIMITED INCOME I COULDN'T AFFORD TO LOSE THIS MONEY THERE 15 DAY MONEY BACK IS A LIE. THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Broomfield, COLORADO. ARIZONA
I bought the Phantom 999 from INPhome Shopping network.
When I talked to the sales person from a phone number in AZ. I told Him that I was disabled and living on a fixed income. He assured me that I would be totally pleased with this cable box or a complete refund. What lies he told me and what a rip off. Money that I couldn't afford to lose !!!
This company is based out of Colorado but all the phone calls come from AZ phone number. After I got the box I hooked it up and thinking I made a mistake I got an electronic expert to hook mine up and he told me that the box was made in 2002 and wouldn't work with todays cable networks . It is Way to Out Of Date.
I sent Many e-mails requesting a refund in the 15 day no questions asked money back. I requested the return number so that I could get it back in the aloted time. After 10 days I got NO response to my e-mails or calls. That is there way of avoiding giving a refund.
If anyone is interested in this cable box from this cable box Please Don't Buy from this company. If you decided to buy one let me know and I will sell you mine for less than they sell them for or just flush you money down the toilet.

This company is a total rip off. They told me in an e-mail that they would refund all my money including the return shipping for this digital box I bought from them. I finally recieved only $145.00 of the total of over $300 out of pocket expences. The refund didn't come though a company check but a cashiers check so they couldn't be tracked down for the remainder of my refund. I wished I had done reseach on this company before I bought from them. I hope that this report will help others in the future and they won't do ANY business from this company. They also threatened me for making false claims about there company. I have made no false claims I have every e-mail and you can read about others that have been ripped off by this company. I wished the government or a Lawyer would take this company on as a class action suit ALL I CAN SAY NOW IS BUYER BEWARE !!!! So BUYER BEWARE !!!!

I received a e-mail that the company would be sending me my money back and to file a report against my cable company for not allowing me to use my own equiptment. I was told after filing this report that they would refund all the money paid to them including the shipping of the box back to them. I will follow up on here as soon as I receive the money back and let everyone here know if they in fact are a company of there word. Disabled Lady
