Well the good news is I heard that supposedly the businesses that do the " Refund Anticipation Loans" are supposed to be going the way of the Title Loans in Florida.
The bad news is that this is a case of buyer beware for now. You are of course free to contact the Florida State Attorney or even the BBB but none of that will really do you any good since when you received your money you signed something agreeing to the loan being made to you in anticipation of your income tax refund.
