I have filed with the IFCC, FTC, my State Attorney Generals Office. I was instructed by My State Attorney General's office to contact the Santa Clara County District Attorney Office since that is where Integretel is located. Kim Coleman, the Consumer Mediator with the Consumer Mediation Unit (Santa Clara County )gave me the following website to file a complaint... http://www.santaclarada.org/scc/assets/docs/126272CPROcomplaintform.pdf I will try this and see if anything can be done. After completing the form, she says to mail to Consumer Mediation Unit 70 West Hedding Street, 4th Fl, San Jose, CA 95110 or fax it to 408-279-8742. I received a letter from the FTC with some advice... The FTC says "cramming" has been growing in the last year. "Cramming" refers to unexplained charges on a consumer's phone bill for services that were never authorized, ordered, received, or used. It is important that you report your complaint to your state consumer protection agency ( such as your state attorney general office ), since several states recently have taken legal action against companies for cramming. You should include copies of your telephone bill and any correspondence you may have had regarding the problem. I will follow up with any new information as I get it. Anyone else with advice, please respond.
