Internet Auto Rent and Sales ripoff fraud breech of contract poor business practices abused & mistreated Reno Nevada
Internet Auto Rent and Sales is a very poor place to do business. This company committed fraud to the fullest extent. Because of Internet's poor business practices, my credit has been ruined, My trade in vehichle was never paid off, I was sold a lemon, my contract was breeched by internet, promises were made my the owner and GM that were never fulfilled.

I bought a car from Internet a few years ago. It is such a long story, but to make it short, I was 24 years old, female and ALONE! They took total advantage of me. I told them I did not want to buy it and the finance guy started yelling at me, they wouldn't give me the keys to my car and encouraged me that it was such a GREAT DEAL. I was the only one there other than few people left who worked there. They started turning out the lights making me nervous, and I just signed the papers. I took the car, and called the next day wanting my Jetta back. I asked nicely, letting them know that I had slept on it and felt I did not like my new car, etc. The manager told me , "Congratulations Melissa, you are a proud owner of a 2001 Chevy Malibu". It got a little ugly from there, he told me to call his lawyer, and I did. I reported them to the BBB (like many others have). Bascially, I got stuck with a car I did not want, not to mention they misrepresented the price of the car and the value of it. I will never ever go there and I will let it be known to all that they are a RIP OFF!!!!!
