Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On Aug 1, 2007 a person named DAVID TRENT call me at my home phone and introduced himself as from EBAY. He explained Internet Logistics "does police work for EBAY and he noticed that I have internet activities"

To make the story short..he convinced me and I paid $9000 using my VISA. The following I called and the receptionist said "CORPORATE OFFICE, MAY I HELP YOU? . I asked her if I am calling EBAY and if David Trent works for EBAY and the answer was YES. As I go through their training materials I found out that I can open and EBAY store for a lot lesser money and the hosting is only $15 per month theirs is $29.99 per month.

Realizing I was scammed, I politely requested refund telling them that my health situation will not allow me to continue with my business. THEY REFUSED.

My credit card company made out the check to INTERNET LOGISTICs but I never signed a contract with them. What I signed was a hosting agreement with Brightbuilders for $29.99 a month. When I asked for guarantee of service for the $9,000 I paid, I was told , it is NOWHERE HERE nor THERE and that I should just continue my lessons.

These two companies are now giving me a round around.

I continue to communicate with Internet Logistics/Michael Adamson. I told them I am filing a complaint againts their company if they do not refund my money. They said they are ready to forward their evidence, recorded conversations, compliance etc.

In their emails, it is very clear that THEY plan to MAKE IT appear that I contacted them first which is a LIE.

Mike Adamson is my contact person, although the person who initially called me is a DAVID TRENT. I sent David Trent emails but he never responded.

In Mike's recent emails, they told me that they NEVER sell business opportunities and that they only sell product and services on existing businesses. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. They said that they "received my information and that I have an established relationship with dropshipper before they called me. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. I never had an internet business. They thought I have because I have a website as an agent for a company.

There training materials advises their students like me to sign up as a member with ONESOURCE for $300 in order to get connected to a drop shipper or wholesaler such as WORLDWIDE BRANDS. They probably will connive with a drop shipper that they know to make it appear that I have a connection with a drop shipper before Aug 1, 2007. I DO NOT HAVE A SALES TAX ID and therefore cannot establish a relationship with a wholesaler.

I have all the PROOF that they are in the business of SELLING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Also, check their BBB reports for numerous complaints.

On one of the lessons, it states:

Lesson 2: Creating and Building Your EBusiness:

" Learning to create and run a successful business is the main principle of being in control of your business and life. BECAUSE MANY OF OUR STUDENTS HAVE NEVER OWNED BUSINESS BEFORE, making decisions about their company can be like charting unfamiliar territory. THey have never been taught how to make methodical, reasoned, and weighed decisions which they can clearly justify in writing. ( This is part of the process of documenting a business)

They are NOW lying and trying to protect themselves.

I know that they have victimized numerous people including myself.

My research shows that they clearly violated the FTC law by making me pay the very day they called me (Aug 1, 2007). Although they recorded my consent to pay by credit card that very night, it was because they made me believe that they are employees of EBAY.

This people CLEARLY needs to be investigated. THEY ARE EXPERTS in scamming people.

Try their website:

https://bright.securesites.com/ THIS IS A BOGUS front website.

They give me a website to access their training but it needs account number and a password: try this

https://bright.securesites.com/admin/

I AM sure that they have victimized numerous consumers.

SCARED for my LIFE

Bright Builders and Mike Jovan Azizian are complete FRAUDS

I was ripped off by Mike Jovan from Bright Builders who claimed to be an E-Bay Top Seller......He completely ruined my life, bankrupted me, and when I tried to work out an amicable deal he turned on me. He took $15,5885 within 15 minutes over a 5 hour phone conversation. But there is so much more to him than meets the eye. He has 5 to 7 aliases AzizianJovan as does his family. I have dug deep to find out who he truly is and all of a sudden I received threatening call from Mikey and his group of followers.......But they are so stupid that I was able to track the number right back to them. I also still have the recording as well as tons of deals gone bad. I've done my homework.....And I am bringing all information to the FBI as well as the Media since the Hot Button Issues in the paper have been FRAUD....MikeJovanAzizian has been defrauding so many people but cannot afford to take down everybody because then it would be blatantly obvious that he is nothing but a punk scam artist.......I'm NOT afraid of you Mikey and you will never be rid of me until I get my money, credit, reparation, etc...As a matter of fact, you are running so many scams that your own letter with URL sent me straight to the Fraud Site. You do not know who I am and never did. I am your worst nightmare.

I purchased brightbuilder for $7100. While it is true that they ask you to pay before your service commences, the company never said that they were part of ebay or offered a money making opportunity. They were quite clear that they were selling a products, and that they would provide me with all the information that were needed to build a successful business, Before signing up, that had me research with BBB and check them out. I have received more information and help from them to build my e commerce, including weekly live one on one tutoring, one on one technical suport, lessons, instructions and hand holding on how to build a website, one year free submission to 250 search engines etc etc. I also got complete training on how to make money on ebay and list on ebay. By using their wealthlister and research, many features such as borders, etc, you would pay extra for on ebay are free. Yes, they charge $29.90 for hosting your store, while ebay charges $15.00 Ebay however charges for every item listed and sold a percentage, If you have many items , this becomes very costly. The hosting of the store for brightbuilder , including your domain name, is $29.90 per month, that is it. No charges for additional items up to 500, I content that this is a legitimate business and if I donot make my money back it is because I do not use the resources made available to me, not because of brightbuilders.

I finally received my refund after fighting for my rights. I also got my life back! I lost sleep, spent numerous hours and money for postage and telephone, but it was worth it. I wish I have the money for a fine lawyer, to file a lawsuit and charge them for interests, pain and suffering , aggravation, lost wages, etc!!! My advise for you who were scammed, is to fight and never give up! If your credit card company do not refund your money after reporting a FRAUDULENT transaction, report your bank to the OCC (office of the Controller of the Currency!. I did and it worked!!
