I was ripped off by Mike Jovan from Bright Builders who claimed to be an E-Bay Top Seller......He completely ruined my life, bankrupted me, and when I tried to work out an amicable deal he turned on me. He took $15,5885 within 15 minutes over a 5 hour phone conversation. But there is so much more to him than meets the eye. He has 5 to 7 aliases AzizianJovan as does his family. I have dug deep to find out who he truly is and all of a sudden I received threatening call from Mikey and his group of followers.......But they are so stupid that I was able to track the number right back to them. I also still have the recording as well as tons of deals gone bad. I've done my homework.....And I am bringing all information to the FBI as well as the Media since the Hot Button Issues in the paper have been FRAUD....MikeJovanAzizian has been defrauding so many people but cannot afford to take down everybody because then it would be blatantly obvious that he is nothing but a punk scam artist.......I'm NOT afraid of you Mikey and you will never be rid of me until I get my money, credit, reparation, etc...As a matter of fact, you are running so many scams that your own letter with URL sent me straight to the Fraud Site. You do not know who I am and never did. I am your worst nightmare.

I purchased brightbuilder for $7100. While it is true that they ask you to pay before your service commences, the company never said that they were part of ebay or offered a money making opportunity. They were quite clear that they were selling a products, and that they would provide me with all the information that were needed to build a successful business, Before signing up, that had me research with BBB and check them out. I have received more information and help from them to build my e commerce, including weekly live one on one tutoring, one on one technical suport, lessons, instructions and hand holding on how to build a website, one year free submission to 250 search engines etc etc. I also got complete training on how to make money on ebay and list on ebay. By using their wealthlister and research, many features such as borders, etc, you would pay extra for on ebay are free. Yes, they charge $29.90 for hosting your store, while ebay charges $15.00 Ebay however charges for every item listed and sold a percentage, If you have many items , this becomes very costly. The hosting of the store for brightbuilder , including your domain name, is $29.90 per month, that is it. No charges for additional items up to 500, I content that this is a legitimate business and if I donot make my money back it is because I do not use the resources made available to me, not because of brightbuilders.

I finally received my refund after fighting for my rights. I also got my life back! I lost sleep, spent numerous hours and money for postage and telephone, but it was worth it. I wish I have the money for a fine lawyer, to file a lawsuit and charge them for interests, pain and suffering , aggravation, lost wages, etc!!! My advise for you who were scammed, is to fight and never give up! If your credit card company do not refund your money after reporting a FRAUDULENT transaction, report your bank to the OCC (office of the Controller of the Currency!. I did and it worked!!
