ioffer.com/selling/rasellery06 Ralph Larson Scam, ripoff ipad 64gb on ioffer site DOn't know, Internet ralph larson Rip Off bought ipad and have never recived after agreeing $500.00 got charged $650.00 austin, Texas
I Bought a ipad off this seller rasellery06 I went through his checkout
www.ebanking.com/checkout on the 20th of October we agreed a price of $500.00 but the checkout charged me $650.00 said he would send after 10days just in case of fraud after 10days he said he would send tracking number and since then i have emailed him over 20 times and he just does not answer icant get any information out of ioffer as all they say is email the seller thats all right if someone actually reads the emails and answers you i cant file a dispute with ioffer as i bought the ipad straight through a ebay checkout system zen cart so iam left $650.00 gone out of my account which i paid via a visa debit card so no recourse that way either so buyers beware of Mr ralph Larson he aslo hasnt logged on to his ioffer site for over two weeks now and the other thing he says on this ioffer site is that he is a ebay power seller well i went on the american ebay site and he is registered with ebay under the exact same name rasellery06 and has sold 12 items back in 2007 perhaps this will get your attion Mr Larson
