IPOWER is a domain registrar where I registered a domain. I had set my renewal preference to manual expecting the domain to expire, however, somehow it was reset to auto-renew and they charged me $15.99 for all three version of the domain I had registered -.com, .net, .org. I immediately requested a refund and they refused. This is a complete rip off. Do not use them.
I have deeper insight because I interviewed at this company and it was expected that I carried on "black hat" SEO practices that are handled off shore in India. They basically replicate content across the internet bolstering their SEO. When I said I wouldnt take part in this practice, our meeting ended abruptly. IPOWER operates unethically.
