I signed up with ipowerweb hosting and was then offered a number of business services. The one I needed was merchanting so I clicked the button and was passed onto ipowerwebs preferred partner ipayment. Thats when it all started to go wrong!!!
First I was told that my merchant account would be ready in less than 24 hours.
Four days later no account!
I called ipowerweb hanging on the phone for 45 mins before I was told 'it isnt our problem!
Given a number at ipayment.......another 55 mins call waiting then they hung up before I could even get a word out!
Another 50 minutes on the phone.....finally speak to some guy who told me that my account would take up to 10 more working days to be approved!! This is not what I paid for and so I cancelled my account with ipower and ipayment!
My advice, do not go with these idots it is not worth it!
