Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Company is totally non-responsive to cutomers who try to cancel. You will get put on an endless email loop requesting new information or telling you that the request was processed incorrectly. Just call your bank and refer them to this site and you will have no trouble getting the charge reversed. It is just a matter of time before their reputation catches up with ipowerweb.com
