I have been researching reports from present and former clients of "IP&R" (aka) Amazing innovations. I have noticed that in all the reports that I have read, there has always been several instances that are common to every victim.
Here is a list of what I have seen and read.
1. Clients were told that their invention was hand selected from many inventors claiming that their invention was the best and had great potential for securing a licensing agreement.
2. Clients were promised, within 7 days of signed contract, an initial product design rendering of the invention. Almost all clients never received this on time and had several problems getting revisons completed.
3. Clients were promised that within 45 days, delivery of a marketing package, including a one page, full-color marketing brochure including illustrations, photographs, and designs. This also was never delivered on time
and when it was finally delivered, it was of very poor quality, mistakes, typing errors, and other mistakes.
4. Clients were promised, within 60 days each of the following. 3-D industrial design, basic animation and rendering, CAD engineering drawings with product specifications and bill of materials, product manufacturing assessment and presentation package containing each of the above (including CD-ROM). This package for most people was never delivered or done so with many mistakes and of poor quality.
5. Clients were promised represantation for several trade shows but never were able to get proof that anyone actually attended and no proof of any alleged contacts made from these trade shows.
6. Clients were given project managers and assistant managers to handle their invention, only to discover that these people would suddenly dissapper and then be given new managers. This process repeated itself several times.
(In our case, at one point we tried to contact our 3rd manager through the operator, only to be told that she had never heard of anyone by that name).
7. Clients also stated in their reports, that eventually all communication would stop. E-mails not returned, phone calls all going to voice mail and not returned.
8. One report of a victim I recently read on this website stated that he entered into arbitration thru AAA to secure a refund only to find that the lawyers for IP&R were as devious and unscrupulous as the management of IP&R. He ended up spending an additional $2,000 for legal represantation and (to date) got nothing in return.
The bottom line is this: If you are a current or former client of IP&R, you are probably experiencing the same frustration that I am. Individually, we are up against a brick wall in getting our money back. IP&R is fully aware of this and has covered all their bases to prevent this. It is imperative that we, (the victims) band together and fight this corruptive company in mass! I believe that the best way to accomplish this is with mass media coverage, preferably with television coverage.
It is my personal goal to put this company (and all other offshoots under different names) out of business once and for all. If all the inventors in this country, and around the world are aware of what is going on with IP&R they will steer clear of this company. No clients = no money to put in their pockets, therefore no more IP&R. I am aware (and agree) of the policy of "Rip Off Reports" not to print phone numbers or give out e-mail addresses due to additonal scam attempts or other malicious activity that may come to us. However, our voice must be heard, in mass, to retreive our hard earned money that has been stolen from us.
If anyone reading this report has the ability to gather us all together via the internet, or any other means, in a secure environment, please do so. I will be the first to join. In the meantime, please be vigilant in your efforts to contact as many media outlets as possible to help get our story told, Nationally and Internationally.
Thank you for your support,
