On May 21, 2008 I received a fax from my employer's box with a promotion for a 5 night 6 day trip to Cancun/Mayan Riviera vacation. In addition, a trip for 4 days and 3 nights to Orlando was also included with this package. The package included an all-inclusive hotel stay for $362 per person. I then contacted 1-800-723-1638 to make the reservation. I purchased the hotel reservation for $749.00 (two adults) and an addition fee of $49.00 was applied without my consent. I was told by Brian Johnson that I had 365 days to use this trip. Shortly after the transaction was made, I received a letter from I.R.R. congratulating me on my purchase and the letter stated that I had to submit a reservation form 45 days before my departure date. On December 12, 2008 I mailed the reservation form to the above Fern Park address and have yet to hear a response from I.R.R. I have made several attempts to contact I.R.R. via telephone and email. All the telephone numbers provided in the letter are no longer in service and/or just ring with no answer. I believe that this company is a scam and is conducting fraudulent activity.
