I.R.R. Was booking a graduation trip for my daughter and her friend, myself and the other mother. Was told several times this was nothing to do with timeshares, and the travel dates were acceptable. Fern Park Florida

Myself and another parent were going to take our daughters on a senior trip to cancun. I received a fax at work and called the number. Several times i quoted the the dates we were going to travel and was assured there would be no problems. I was also told this involved no timeshare talks. I was promised a 4 Star resort and then was told that unless me and my husband, who was not even going on the trip, went to the presentation I would have to stay at the 2star motel. They now refuse to refund any money and will not answer our calls.
