My son's account has been hacked, but Runescape will not acknowledge this. They say the account is still open - just reset password. We tried - they decided the account didn't belong to us and we couldn't reset the password. There are no emails/phone #'s. The only way to stop the billing is to CANCEL CREDIT CARD and go through process of reversing fees. They don't respond to complaints. THEY ARE A SCAM!
