Do you work for Jagex cause you seem to do a lot of talking as if you do. Because if you do I would suggest you tell your company to start dealing with the issues in the game and with customers instead of designing new Pokemon...errrrrm summoning pets to use in the game...The lack of customer support is one of the big turnoffs of this game. If you don't work for Jagex I would suggest you stop commenting because all it does is allow Jagex to do what it does best and that is to manipulate people eg. you into doing their customer support for them. They also manipulate children in the game to rat out people or report them for behaviour in hope that one day they may become a game moderator. By having game moderators this only encourages Jagex to supply less and less support as they have 10-14 year olds doing the job for them...even if it is done poorly.

It is illegal to buy or sell Runescape Items for real Money. Jagex does not offer items for sale on their website for real money either. It seems that your child spent your money on Illegal items or GP on a 3rd party site which in turn also either key logged him or in some other way tricked him out of his password. Jagex Ltd is in no way responsible for illegal activity conducted by either a 3rd party site or in this case your son. I recommend the following actions: First scan your PC for any Keyloggers, trojans or other malware. Then after you are sure your PC is clean go to the Runescape website and have your son change his Password and recovery questions. Inform your son you will never again commit an illegal act on his behalf by buying Runescape items or money. Tell your son he is very lucky his account was not banned permanently by tricking you into committing an illegal act on his behalf. I further recommend that until your son understands the basics of PC security and online safety that he not be allowed to be online without supervision.
