Javier Fuentes, Waterloo Construction Left job unfinished. Built 2 pergolas but didn't put all bolts & screws -- 5 missing!!!!! Austin Texas
Contractor was hired to landscape yard and build 2 pergolas. When rock was delivered without my approval and I told him I didn't like it, he said he quit and wasn't doing another thing. Didn't finish pergolas -- 5 bolts and nuts missing and I have been unable to find the correct size. The size he told me he used does not fit and I've been to 3 different stores trying to locate the bolts/nuts but they were special ordered. If I remove any of them, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to get them back in the holes since they are no longer balanced due to the missing screws.
